TATTOO APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
  1.  Deposits for tattoos are minimum Rs. 500/- (varies according to the size & time for the TATTOO) and must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and acts as a hold for the artist and their time.
  2. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so, will result in the loss of your deposit. Canceling your appointment entirely will also result in the loss of your deposit.
  3. Your artwork / reference material must be dropped off at the time of booking (or emailed to us later that day). Your deposit and appointment are booked for the idea discussed with the artist or staff at the time of booking. Failing to bring in / email reference material on time may result in the loss of your appointment and your deposit.
  4. Your tattoo design will be based off your reference material and not an exact replication as all of our artists provide original artwork.
  5. For larger and/or custom pieces, you may be contacted prior to your appointment for artwork approval. If you’d like to see your artwork before your appointment, please let us know.
  6. Please let the artist or staff know if you have any financial concerns, or prior engagements at the time of booking that might interfere with your appointment.
  7. Avoid heavy partying (heavy drinking of alcohol or drug use) at least 48 hours prior to your tattoo session, as well as sun tanning and tanning beds. Get a good night sleep prior to your appointment. The healthier you are before your session, the easier it will be for you and the artist to complete your session.
  8. It is very important that you eat before your appointment. Heavier meals such as pasta, potatoes, etc, and fruit juices will help make your session easier to handle.
  9. Occasionally, due to circumstances the artist may fall behind schedule. This can be caused by a number of uncontrollable issues. If you are on a tight schedule, feel free to call the shop before your appointment to see how the day is going.
  10. Under no circumstance are children allowed to sit and wait while their parents receive any kind of service. We are a professional studio, not a babysitting service. Please do not bring your kids to your tattoo appointment.
  11. Cell phones of any kind must be shut off or put on silent before entering the tattoo room. They are a distraction to the artist.
  12. If you’d like to listen to music/watch videos on your phone/ipod during your appointment, please remember to bring headphones as to not distract the artist.
  13. Remember to wear/bring appropriate clothing to your tattoo appointment (shorts, sweatpants, beaters, etc) so that the area being tattooed is easily accessible to the artist.
  14. Due to the size of the tattoo room, you are only allowed 1 other person to accompany you. Friends and family are great but they can be a distraction to the artist.
  15. Healing time for most tattoos is 3 weeks. During these 3 weeks, you’ll need to avoid tanning beds and sun tanning as well as lakes, pools, hot tubs, baths (quick showers are ok) and any other body of water where bacteria may be present. Do your best not to over expose the area of your body that has been tattooed. If you are unsure, please call and ask.
  16. Although guidelines to heal a tattoo vary from shop to shop, it is highly recommended that you follow our aftercare process. Failure to do so may result in a tattoo that does not show your idea or the artist’s work properly. Our healing guidelines are set for a reason.
  17. Communication is important. If you have any questions during before, during, or after your tattoo, feel free to ask.
  18. It has been known in some people the following can occur that is not the fault of the artist - infections, ink loss, ink fading, allergic reactions, and dryness of the tattoo. We are happy to advise on any problems that may arise & in the event of ink loss we do encourage that you return to us with in 6 weeks after the tattoo was performed for a free** touch-up! After this period a fee may be required.  
**It is your(Client's) responsibility to take proper care of your new tattoo & follow the artist AFTER CARE ADVICE. NOT FOLLOWING will void the WARRANTY of your TATTOO.
